I cannot believe how fast time flies, and I always used to think that it must seem to fly even more for people with children...it seems the rate at which they grow is incredible and I don't even have children, one of my best friends Michelle commented that she can't believe that her son starts high school next year...but it seems just yesterday people were complaining about the snow, and here we are into Summer....and now that I've turned 40 it's flying even more so..I was just talking to my friend Nicolle, who's been in my life for more than 20 years and most definitely a bestie, and thought, I feel like it's been forever, my dear friend Loretta had gone on a trip and I think it was a couple of weeks after she returned that I even asked how the trip was, I even scheduled a get together with 3 of my friends in advance so that we will absolutely commit to getting together...my point here is life gets so frickin' busy doesn't it, no one has time, we either work too much, work to do at home, then it's time for bed....and you start all over the next day, but what I want to try really hard to do is spend more time with my incredible friends...I sure am lucky to have them and they're long termers....and I know I said I want to try hard, but it sure isn't hard to spend time with them when I'm around them, it's often a pile of giggles and "remember whens" ...so this is like a 40 year resolution...kind of like a New Years resolution but even better...and I put in writing for you to see, which means I'm accountable and need to stick to  said "resolution"!!! Hope your week has been spent being your fabulous self and remember to try to spend more time with your friends...they're the family you choose!!! tee hee!
