Kids and Dogs left in hot cars!!

Why is it, that every single summer we hear over and over of children or dogs being left in hot cars...Year after year, there are warnings posted via TV, radio, every social media site, even fliers, yet people still continue to do it.  Hot humid days are nasty, even nastier with fur no doubt, I know how much it takes me to get cooled down.  My neighbor told me just the other day that she had to ask a local business to page a licence plate number in the store so that the  dog left inside could get some relief, what stuns me is that the store wouldn't make the page....you don't have to give details, just make a person aware so that they're not too embarrassed by their disregard for their loving pet...this same neighbor had to also make another complaint to a person in a parking lot about their pet, and just last week we heard of a woman leaving her child in her car while she shopped.  After everything we hear about every summer and this still continues....I can't believe it....and leaving the windows in the car open a "CRACK" IS NOT ENOUGH....we all know how hot vehicles are even with windows cracked when you have to get in, is it possible that people are either that stupid and careless? When these hot days are upon us, do your pet a favor and leave them home, or before you consider leaving your child or pet in your hot vehicle, sit in your car  with a fur coat in mid summer heat to see how well you'll deal.  I know I'm ranting, but don't you find this incredibly cruel? I do, and I know I shouldn't judge people, since I've not walked in their shoes, but I do judge, because there is NO reason good enough for me to leave your kid, or your pet in your hot vehicle....That is MY OPINION and I'm Angela Rose.

I AGREE COMPLETELY WITH YOU ANGELA.REGARDLESS OF HOW MANY TIMES PEOPLE ARE WARNED OF THE DANGER OF HEAT IN A VEHICLE THEY DON'T SEEM TO THINK OF THE CONSEQUENCES.IF YOU LOVE YOUR ANIMALS LEAVE THEM HOME ON HOT DAYS AND IF YOU NEED TO TAKE A SMALL CHILD WITH YOU EITHER TAKE THEM WITH YOU INSTEAD OF LEAVING THEM IN THE CAR OR LEAVE THEM WITH SOMEONE ELSE WHILE YOU SHOP.I AGREE TOTALLY WITH YOU ANGELA AND THAT IS MY OPINION.
