I'm not a fan of bugs, well most bugs, but didn't know just how much until recently. I mean, to be fair, I adore lady bugs, bumble bees, and butterflies, OF COURSE, but I don't like earwigs, ewww, slugs destroy your garden, fleas are horrendous for your animals and surroundings, mosquitos, I could go on and on but you get the idea...I can even give a spider some support until now. I was outside watering my hanging baskets and when I put them back I was covered in all these little mini bugs...so I kept my head and went in to immediately take a shower and throw the garden clothes in the laundry....but then I didn't even think about it again when I went to water my baskets and I was completely covered, NOT EXAGGERATING HERE!!! I literally had hundreds of those little baby spiders all over me, well this time I did lose my head, and turned into an instant Ninja flopping my arms and legs about as if I were Mike Flately, Lord of the Dance...I'm sure it didn't look so classy to my neighbors either....I get the whole nature of things and progression of the planet and we need the bugs and all that jibber jabber, but I don't have to like it, and now I don't like spiders and yes I do know their benefits as well, however I will not hesitate to squish them given the opportunity, and if it rains well so be it...but now I've got a wicked case of the creepy crawly's....yeesh...
