Chris would have turned 64 this week, but he died from liver complications in 2005. Garth had offered to donate part of his liver for a transplant, but it wasn't a match. Here's a video of Chris LeDoux on stage performing a song made famous by the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band. You can certainly see the similarity to Garth's style....
