Oh, deer!

I've been at Cat Country for about 11 and a half years. We get some very strange calls in the newsroom. VERY strange.
But, we're not the only ones.
You have to check out this call to a radio station in the U.S. -- sources say it was a REAL call from a listener...

    Thanks mandy, that also made my day!! All i can say is that, that takes stupid to a whole new level.
    Since deer can read( so she believes) then they should post a sign up to warn them about her driving through and then they can RUN!!

    Wow, thank you so much for taking this ladies phone call, it just goes to show you that the deer have been trying to take this woman out of the gene pool and we aren't paying attention!!!!!
    She has tagged herself now someone please finish the job before any more deer get hurt!

    P.S great job in not laughing her off the radio! I couldn't have done it myself epic self control.

    Hi Mandy. First of all this is toooooo funny. I listen to you and rod every morning and i just love your show. my sister even listens on the computer from port hawkesbury. ( their radio station the hawk sucks and my cousins hubby works there) Any way quite a while back now i called in one day i think it was in the afternoon about the announcer pronouncing the gaelic name for alexander graham bells home place in baddeck. i spoke to him about the proper pronounciation as i speak gaelic and he asked me to stop in some time to give him some info for the radio regarding gaelic but i cant for the life of me remember who it was. all i know is it was a guy. do you think you could fine out who it is for me? i would of emailed you but when i click on th eemail link it says that the client is not set up. thank you and have a superb day and keep up the wonderful work.
