Colchester SPCA 10th Anniversary Carnival will take place at 408 Industrial Avenue from 10am to 2pm. There will be a bbq, clown, balloon animals, bouncy house, carnival games, animal friends, face painting, pony rides, prizes, food and much more. All proceeds for the SPCA.
